Responsible for:
- Prospecting and qualifying business opportunities and prospective clients (e.g. cold calls, LinkedIn, Facebook and other group outreach)
- Strategizing value proposition from understanding client needs
- Creating effective sales presentations
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Responding to potential clients questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospective and current clients (e.g. Salesforce, CRM, spreadsheet)
- Meeting quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally to hit the ground running, you should have the following:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Extremely comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day every day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and patience when calling, connecting and interacting with potential customers and businesses
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly disposition
- Results-driven, motivated, independent and proactive as a team member
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Strong digital skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, social and business marketing platforms)
