Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current trends
  • Assist with planning and executing social campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions
  • Track analytics and create basic performance reports
  • Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • Passionate about social media, branding, and storytelling
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
  • Creative mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
