Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our Business Development (BD) team. Your mission will be to support the BD team to grow our investor base sustainably.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the team to build a healthy pipeline of new investors and creating a robust investor acquisition process. Success in this role will lead to unparalleled on-the-job learning and a springboard to future career success in sales development and relationship management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support client acquisition strategy in a fast-growing private markets platform
  • Help to organize data capture, data management, and insights to create scalable, tech driven sales strategy and tactics
  • Contribute to a pipeline of quality prospects and engage for next steps
  • Support Business Development Manager in nurturing client relationships from the first chat
  • Opportunity to learn professional networking and sales pitching
  • Maintain records in Sales
  • Force (or equivalent CRM) with high levels of detail orientation
  • Co-ordinate initiatives with the marketing team to develop scalable client acquisition strategy
  • Support the ideation and organization of client friendly events, webinars, and meetings
  • Build your fundamental skill sets in the wealth management and fintech space

Requirements

  • Penultimate year student or recent graduate
  • Exceptional EQ and ability to instantly connect with most people you meet
  • Strategic thinker with hunger to create impact from day 1Strong data management and creative thinker who can drive actionable insights from data
  • Interest to learn about working with CRM platforms
  • Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically
