The selected *CEO for One Month will get a taste of how to run a multinational company with 32,000 employees and 22 billion euros. The highly qualifying experience could be a huge boost to any career!
The top 10 performers out of the Adecco Country *CEOs for One Month will be invited to join an exciting boot camp in a major city. During the boot camp which starts at the beginning of September, the 10 candidates will be assessed through various individual and team challenges. Of these 10 candidates, one will be selected to become Adecco Group *CEO for One Month. This announcement will take place at the beginning of September, 2016.
The successful candidate will spend one month working under the direct supervision of the Adecco Group CEO. They will travel to the various Adecco Group countries and find out about the inner workings of a Fortune 500 company! The selected candidate is encouraged to be the best they can be and Adecco Group will also be paying a salary of 15,000 euros during the month of work with Adecco Group CEO. The salary is intended to help the candidate further his/her education and better their career prospects.
