Job Description

HR Administration:

  • HR documentation: Prepare various HR letters, including certificates of employment, salary adjustments, and redesignations.
  • HRIS: Manage and update HR systems during employee life cycle
  • Employee lifecycle management: Handle new hire onboarding and resignee offboarding processes, including access management and announcements.
  • Compensation Administration: Prepare bonus letters and incentive letters. 
  • Coordinate and manage presentation slides
  • Policy Review

Learning & Talent Development:

  • Create and manage learning pathways for employees, identifying and addressing training needs.
  • Curate content for training workshops.
  • Organizing, schedule, and manage the logistics of training programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.

HR Communications:

  • Design and write content for the quarterly Local newsletters.
  • Write and publish articles for the HR page, providing the latest HR updates.
  • Draft and manage email communications for HR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects & initiatives
