Job Description

This is an Internal/In-house, internship opportunity with Adecco. 

Working Location: Central Area, Orchard

Commitment: Minimum 3 months 

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid Working Environment)

Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting role for various finance function in the day to day operations
  • Ensuring processes follows the company policies
  • Data entry of journals into accounting system
  • To ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records
  • To prepare reports required by the assigned finance function
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Possess good communication skills and technical accounting knowledge
  • Analytical, meticulous, proactive, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Postive working attitude and committed to deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with the willingness to learn new knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
