This is an Internal/In-house, temp/contract/internship position with Adecco.

About the Role
Adecco is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and support the business development efforts of our recruitment team. You will conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, develop strategies to reach out and generate leads, and perform sales analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of your sales strategies. This is a crucial role in expanding our client base and plays a huge impact in the branding of the company as we promote our services within the market events and industries we operate in.
This internship offers not only regional exposure, but also valuable hands-on experience in sales, business development, market research, and branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, gain insights into the industry, and contribute to our growth and success
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to companies to generate leads and business opportunities for our team.
- Assist in developing strategies to effectively reach and engage with potential clients.
- Coordinate between countries in the APAC region, gathering information and insights for effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and market events.
- Identify relevant market events, networks, talks, roadshows, etc., and recommend those with high potential for generating sales and leads
- Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of consultants' participation in market events.
- Track and evaluate the success rate of consultants' efforts in generating leads and closing deals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of sales strategies and market events.
- Contribute to the rebranding efforts of the company, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image.
Who we are looking for:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for achieving targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the APAC region and various industry sectors is desirable.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
