Key Responsibilities
Champion the Onboarding Experience
- Be the first point of contact for new associates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process.
- Manage data collection, generate employment contracts, and oversee background checks with a meticulous touch.
- Create and maintain organized documentation systems that set the gold standard.
Drive Payroll Excellence
- Take charge of ensuring accurate and timely entry of associate data into our systems.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure flawless payroll, incentives, and commission processing.
- Verify payroll instructions and consolidate them into an efficient, standardized format.
Lead Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit reports with precision and timeliness.
- Guarantee compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide insights to improve processes and maintain the integrity of data and documentation.
Make an Impact
- Contribute to exciting initiatives and support ad-hoc administrative projects.
- Be a proactive problem-solver and bring innovative ideas to streamline processes.
