Temp role under the Staffing division supporting HR Admin activities
This is an In-house/Internal Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd temp position for 3 - 6 months.
HR Admin role ($10/hour, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
Support 3 clients partners on the below tasks
- Updates Account Receivables with client / finance
- Call 10 associates per week
- Prepare Offboard form , send offboard email
- Send Renewal email
- Send Contract expiry email
- Raise Service Requests through IT system
- Create Credit note and several HR admin requests in Adecco's client and associate management database
- Client's report - headcount report / invoice report
- Draft hiring proposals
- Create Ad-hoc projects
