Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account management and customer support function, focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Effectively handle and manage customers’ enquires, feedbacks and complaints
- Identifying and escalating priority cases
- Ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external clients and partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments
- Meticulous, organized and an effective team player
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level and above with 3-4 years of experience in service-related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese- speaking clients)
- Immediate commencement

Working Days and Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 6pm
