Role Overview:
Are you passionate about event planning and marketing? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and ensuring that every detail of an event is executed flawlessly? As an Event Intern, you will assist in organizing and managing seminars and investment events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Support in the planning and coordination of client seminars and investment events, including those in collaboration with banks and investment houses.
- Client Liaison: Assist in managing client interactions before, during, and after the event, ensuring their needs are met.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to the marketing and promotion of events, helping to craft engaging content and materials.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Handle client follow-ups, including conducting surveys and collecting feedback to measure event success and gather insights.
- Event Execution: Ensure the smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and addressing any on-site issues that arise.
