As a Marketing Intern at Adept, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to support our marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on social media management and Instagram marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and curating content for Adept social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns on Instagram to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other team members to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies.
- Support in the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, and a strong interest in digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Able to commit to a part-time internship for a minimum of 6 months, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
