About ADEPT EMPOWERMENT HUB LIMITED

We are a non-profit social enterprise with a status of Company with Limited Guarantee. Recognized and a member of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE). We are one of the recipient that was awarded under the “Venture For Good” project supported by NCSS and Tote Board.

The main 2 areas of our services are job placement and training for beneficiaries who are disabilities, youth at risk, single parents and ex-offenders.  We serves as an advocate and a voice to represent the collective interests of beneficiaries. Provide feedback to the public, companies or organization employing beneficiaries.

Besides providing a complimentary 3-in-1 service programme to beneficiaries, we also conduct self-enrichment workshops, Training courses and Career opportunities; provide supports and enrichment for the benefits of these beneficiaries in Singapore.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director(s) and General Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of Marketing function :

Process making activities such as making appointments, company presentation, meeting external, corporate partners, making proposal, follow-up, closing deals of job placement seekers

Attending networking, setting up talks or join force with job recruitment drive or career fair etc

Participates in sales calls to acquire new and existing corporate partnership and sponsorship

Sourcing and maintain good relationship with government agencies pertaining grant management

Sourcing and maintain good relationship with foundation pertaining sponsorship and donation management.

Develop and strengthens relationships with existing and new external corporate partners

Works collaboratively with external corporate partners to channel job placements for clients

Maintain good relationships with external partners and collect feedback from clients and external partners along side with beneficiaries.

Coordinate and manage the clients’ performance appraisal

Work hand in hand with external partners and clients on the clients’ review and working duration.

Involved in sales forecast and analysis of the result periodically.

Generate report for each clients’ performance and working duration at external partners


Requirements

  • At least obtain a N or O Level. Probably Diploma or Degree holder in Business 
  • Individuals who is self-motivational, independent, sales oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Individuals with logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills.
  • Individuals who are resourceful, aware of the latest business trends.
