General Description 

Primarily responsible to provide technical support to end users. Assist in hardware and software technical installation and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on deployment of device onsite.
• Responsible on the hardware and software installation of system and device
• Provide advice and onsite assistance to end users related to the system.
• Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues.
• Support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues pertaining to system and device.
• To escalate specific requests to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
• To support the project implementations, as when required.
• To perform other IT related duties when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in providing IT support and hardware installations
• Fresh Diploma Holders are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
