Job Description
Purpose/ Mission:
Provide HR support to all Departments in line with the overall HR directions.
Accountabilities:
Recruitment, Selection and Orientation
1. Receive and collate resumes
2. Posting of online job advertisement
3. Coordinate interviews
4. Sit in to observe interviews with Supervisors and participate actively in interviewing
5. Support all departments in the hiring of retail & temporary workers
6. Actively support quarterly walk in interviews
7. Process appointment letters, confirmation letters

Compensation & Benefits
1. Ensure HR processes are adhere to by departments
2. Assist in the processing of insurance claims, medical claims
3. Assist in all compensation & benefits matters and adhoc projects

Office administration function
1. Assist in office administration

Employee Welfare
1. Assist on CSR projects and staff events on monthly basis
2. Assist with communications for staff events
3. Personnel Correspondence and File Maintenance
4. Ensure employees’ letters, documents are filed in P-file in timely manner

HR Projects
1. Coordinate and assist in all HR ad hoc projects e.g. Employee Engagement Survey, teambuilding, annual D&D
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
Education: Degree / Diploma in HRM
IT:
Outlook: Intermediate
Word: Intermediate
Excel: Basic
Powerpoint: Intermediate

Language skills:
English: Advanced
