Company Profile
ABS provides a wide range of accounting and tax consulting services in relation to international trade and cross-border investments. We also provide services to support starting a business in Singapore and other services such as bookkeeping and accounting, taxation and consulting. We understand management’s thoughts and support them as a fellow management because we are founders and entrepreneurs.
Job Description
- Preparation of monthly bookkeeping, including general accounting data-entry work, bank reconciliation, balance sheet details schedules and etc
- Preparation of monthly cash disbursement and Giro payments
- Preparation of monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Preparation of quarterly GST and withholding tax
- Liaise with external auditor and client
- Ad-hoc administration etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma or studying Accounting or other equivalent qualification
- MYOB/XERO knowledge will be advantages
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
Working hour:
- 5 working days per week
- 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Salary is commensurate with experience
- Full time staff salary with minimum $8/hour
Other Benefits:

- After 6 months, you will master full set of accounting
