Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand & Communications (Group), the brand and communications manager will manage external brand and communications for both the enterprise and consumer business in Southeast Asia and India. This will require B2B and B2C working experience across a range of activities that includes media relations, digital/content/email marketing, brand partnerships, social media (mainly LinkedIn) and events. This role will be based in Singapore.
How you will make an impact
- Assist in planning, writing and managing e-blasts and e-newsletters
- Media monitoring and crafting media releases
- Update organization website using WordPress with current events, relevant news
- Design event/program fliers, graphics and other marketing material
- Provide input for creative marketing strategies and social media campaigns
- Manage editorial and event calendars
- Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions for marketing and communications
What is needed to succeed
- Excellent writing, communications and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about tech/fintech industry
- Completed or working toward university preferably in a related field (e.g., English, Marketing/Communications, Advertising or Public Relations)
- Understanding of the basic principles of public relations and/or marketing
- Must be computer literate (GoogleDocs, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Hungry to learn, organised and good time management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and cultures in Southeast Asia
- Reads widely and passion for continuous learning and career development
