The incumbent reports to Human Resources Manager (ASEAN) and is responsible for the following human resources and
administrative duties.
- Assist HR Manager in Recruitment & selection, onboarding, training & development, Compensation & benefits, andother employees engagement initiatives
- administer and print attendance reports
- Coordinates & conducts orientations for new hires
- Develop, review & update of Human Resource policies and guidelines
- Provide advice on changes of labor legislation & formulating of related surveys information
- Involved in company work health programs & team building activities
- Involved in HR change management transformation projects
- Other tasks as assigned
