Job Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to drive our company’s sales and build our brands' presence in the local organic gardening and BBQ community.

E-Commerce Sales

  • Support the operations, plan, manage & execute promotion campaigns for E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Redmart
  • Prepare and upload product listing including content for various E-commerce platforms as well as the company's website
  • Maintain and ensure all products' information are up to date and listing quality is good
  • Receive and respond to E-commerce customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing E-commerce customer service chat, comments and review
  • Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies to achieve the sales target
  • Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
  • Able to work effectively in a team or individually

In-person Sales

  • Explore new sales platforms and channels to boost sales
  • Engagement in local interest groups
  • Organising sales visits to locations of customers
  • Demonstrating and presenting products and answering customer questions
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, emailing prospects and social media
  • Attending community events in the gardening sector to promote our company's mission and products
  • Maintaining accurate records in organised manner
