Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

• Billing Customers 

• Managing Contracts 

• Sales Support 

• Executing business transactions in SAP ERP system, Microsoft 

• Dynamics CRM and ServiceNow Ticketing System 

• Receiving guests 

• Liaising with couriers/dispatches for incoming and outgoing documents and goods deliveries 

• Liaising with suppliers to purchase stationeries, office supplies and uniforms

 • Managing access cards, season parking 

• Being the fire warden 

 

Job Requirements 

• At least GCE 'O' Levels

 • At least 3 years of relevant working experience 

• Good interpersonal skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
