Temporary Customer Service Officer (2-6months)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the delivery of printing consumables and spare parts to customers including replying emails to customers.
- Perform filing/sorting of order forms.
- Accurate data entry of orders.
- Raise and mail out invoices for customer.
- Prepare monthly report to track on IT expiring contracts.
- Other ad-hoc general administrative work as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook calendar.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
