Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and monitoring our clients' social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. This includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking performance metrics.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the team in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This may include content creation, keyword strategy, and ad placement.
Ad Operations: Assist in running ads across various digital platforms. Learn the process of setting up, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaign performance.
Strategy Planning: Participate in team strategy sessions, contributing creative and innovative ideas for new marketing campaigns.
Marketing Operations: Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with team members, conducting market research, and assisting in the execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an diploma or undergraduate program with a focus on digital marketing, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient in social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Creative thinker, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and independently when needed.
- Proficient in English.
