1. Aims
a. Expose the interns to the financial services sector.
b. Assist interns to acquire required financial services license.
c. Create an entrepreneurial experience and a profit making platform.

a. The Career Options in the Financial Services Industry
b. Wealth Management – Retirement, Wealth Expansion/Preservation ETC
c. Risk Management – Corporate / Individual Risk Calculation
d. Credit Cards and Credit Management
e. Financial Portfolio Design and Architect
f. Sales and Marketing Concepts
g. Business Management & Principles of Entrepreneurship
3. Upon completion of the program, the interns are also eligible run for Undergraduate Book Prize Awards and
a Professional upgrading course in Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
b. The participants may be awarded a fully paid trip overseas in the following year for outstanding performance
to Cape Town, South Africa*.

4. Eligibility
a. Minimum age of 21 and above by 31 Jul 2014
b. Singaporean or PR
c. Completed NS (for male applicants)
d. Not currently or discharged bankruptcy
e. Without unsecured financially obligations, besides study loan
f. Not under any scholarship or bonded by any ministry or company
g. Currently not schedule for any overseas exchange program from Jun to Dec 2014
h. Not on holiday in May / Jun 2014 that clashes with the program

In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein and subject to the terms and conditions
set up in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:
Terms and Conditions
1. All absenteeism must be supported by medical/valid reasons. The internship agreement will be void
in the event that the intern does not fulfill 80% attendance.
3 Examinations from Singapore Colleague of Insurance (Module 5 Rules and Regulations
of Financial Services; Module 9 Basic Concept of Risk and Wealth Management; Module M9A Insurance and Investment
Linked Plans) and 2 In-House Examinations from Great Eastern (PowerEvolution 1 and 2), and be given the
Financial Services license, in order to qualify as completion of the
internship requirements.
