- Day-to-day general office duties and administrative support
- Answering calls, taking messages and dealing with email enquiries
- Monitor and follow up on company’s improvement initiatives and programmes
- Coordinating the recruitment process and onboarding newcomers to the company
- Actively manage the company’s social media accounts
- Assist superior on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR only
- Prior experience preferred
- Able to work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, WebEx, Canva
Location:
Lavender
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
Salary:
$2,500 and above (depending on experience)
