Looking for ADMIN ASSISTANT (Part Time / Full Time)
- Reporting to the Director and supporting general administrative works in the Agency
- Coordinate clients mailings (i.e. incoming/outgoing mails, birthday/holiday cards)
- Scheduling of interviews, booking of appointments
- Handle incoming calls and send/reply to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Consolidating expenses and proper filing
Job Requirements:
- No experience required
- Preferably able to commit all 5 working days (negotiable)
- Minimum of 5 working hours per day (negotiable)
- Able to start in Mid-December
