Responsibilities
Supporting Customer Success Manager with onboarding of new customers as well as managing current customers (Monitoring their ground usage and provide support - Respond to customer’s enquires and requests and provide prompt resolution)
Criteria
- Proficient in office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or other equivalent (Google Suite / Pages / Keynote / Numbers)
- Strong Excel and data analysis and management skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English a must; Mandarin speaking is a bonus
- Detailed oriented, organised, initiative and able to generate creative ideas to achieve required goals
- Highly responsible, client-focused and possess good communication skills
- Able to work independently and is a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
