Academic and Curriculum  

• The individual must be able to
• Wiling to learn and develop own lesson plans and activities related to teaching
• Teach approximately 24 – 30 hours of lesson per week.
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
• Provide individualised instructions to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Plan, create and distribute educational content including but not limited to Lesson Plans, notes, homework assignments, test papers, etc.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
• Provide tuition lesson for students and for adults

Assessment and Performance

The individual must be able to

• Assess and record students’ progress, providing grades and feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders; and participate in regular meetings
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
