Job Description

Data Entry Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input of data/drawings into system accurately
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

  • GCE “N” or “O” level qualification or equivalent
  • Candidates with engineering background will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year of clerical work & data entry related experience
  • Attentive to details and ability to type fast
  • Candidates with immediate availability is much preferred
