Reporting directly to the Director, you will help to support on coordination and project management, working along with a dynamic design team. You will learn to understand the fundamentals of editorial design and have the attention to details, seeing a project all the way through its final execution. However, you’re equally comfortable working in a team environment and are always willing to be creative to adapt and implement effective work processes to improve project workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Generate creative briefs & debrief the team for new jobs.
- Project management, and managing timeline for assigned projects.
- Have an attention for details and competent written skills.
- Able to work swiftly, independently, and keeping track of deadlines.
- Experience in managing Social Media and Digital campaigns a plus
- Support, organise and administrate effectively for project management purposes.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, and Business, Social Media Management, Art & Design or related discipline
- Passion for project management and creativity in print and digital
- Confident, positive, enthusiastic, witty team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well with creative folks
- Good command of written and spoken English. Other languages would be sweet too!
- Well-organised, meticulous with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
- MS Word, Excel & Mac Keynote (or PowerPoint) knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
- Basic knowledge on design, printing, digital & traditional media
