Job Description

The Role

The Account Operations Executive will support the Affectv APAC Commercial teams alongside learning Affectv’s product and service offering. You will be the back-office support of APAC programmatic media campaigns with strong attention to detail, quality of work and good personal organization skills.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily workflow of the Trading and Account Management teams;
  • Verifying client deliverables at pre-launch of campaigns and communicating them accordingly;
  • Setting up and monitoring campaign performance and budgets;
  • Responsible for creating and submitting account related reports.
  • Providing data analysis of key metrics to support the various Commercial Teams;
  • Troubleshooting campaigns with delivery or performance issues and communicating internally

What Are We Looking For:

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start their career within the APAC programmatic space. Someone who is keen to roll their sleeves up, is passionate about working with a variety of brands, can multi-task and is meticulous about their work. You will collaborate daily with Account Management, Sales and Trading, by helping them deliver against client objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience with digital advertising/marketing accounts, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Understanding of digital advertising/marketing ecosystem
  • Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong personal organization skills coupled with competencies in personal development
  • Proactive, results-oriented thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • A demonstrable interest in digital advertising and marketing
  • A bachelor's degree
