Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join us. Start your consultancy career with us on Data Protection Advisory. 

Initial Training: 

• Understand the importance of being accountable for the personal data for organisation 

• Identify and manage risks in personal data management 

• Develop a Data Protection Management Programme 

• Conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment 

• representation for SME as their Outsource DPO 

 

• Be equipped on Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Consultancy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity. 

• Form strong relationships with customers via email, phone, video and occasionally in person (post COVID) to keep them fully engaged and supported throughout their relationship with us 

• Deliver timely and professional management solutions to clients, ensuring high level of consistency 

• Identify business opportunities, establish new clients 

• Ensure sales targets are met (monthly, Quarterly and annually) 

• Embracing new processes and product initiatives 

• Establish productive, professional relationships with clients, starting new relationships and maintaining existing relationships as a “Trusted Advisor”. 

• Work as a team, structure and close partnership deals with target partner organisations that deliver enduring value to the business. 

• Drive a high renewal rate by demonstrating value and identify additional up-sell opportunities 

• Work internally and cross-functionally to deliver against customer centric services 

• Review customers satisfaction and requirements regularly to tackle any issues upfront and in a timely fashion. • Help drive participation in sales & marketing opportunities such as case studies, news articles, blogs, generate ideas and speaker opportunities for your customers with our Team. 


Requirements: 

• Any Nationality 

• Degree/Polytechnic Diploma 

• Fluent in English language (Both spoken and written) 

• Motivated individuals with good attitude and personality 

• The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams is required, and to manage relationships across a spectrum of client profiles 

• Excellent writing, strong communication/presentation and influence skills are also required 

• A good team player with initiative, creativity and resourcefulness 

• Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines 

• Growth mindset, Integrity and Customer-centric
