We are looking for a motivated individual to fit the role of Sales Coordinator & Admin:
* Answering Sales Enquiries & Discussions Over Phone, Video Calls Or Meetups
* Creating and Sending Customer Sales Quotations
* Creating Monthly sales reports
* Client Invoicing & Bill Payment Follow-ups plus After Sales Service
* Client Scheduling, Shoot Allocation & Coordination For In-house Videography Team & External Freelancers
* Manage Video Projects pipeline
* Maintenance Of Sales Presentation Kit
* Company Bill Payments & Daily Bank Statement Reconciliation
* Monthly Staff Payroll
* Self-motivated, Positive can-do attitude and ownership of your work
* Sales Experience in the video industry is a plus
* Possess good communication(written & spoken) and soft skills
* Organised and meticulous with details
* Responsible and keen learning attitude
* Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Singaporeans and PR only
* Diploma and above preferred
* $2,400-$2,800 depending on qualifications, skill and experience
* 5.5 working days per week
