We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic 3D Artist Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our experienced artists and gain hands-on experience in the field of 3D art. As an intern, you will contribute to various projects while developing your skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the art team to create 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of 3D models based on concept art and design specifications.
- Support the team in texturing and applying materials to 3D models.
- Contribute to the lighting and rendering process to achieve desired visual effects.
- Help with the optimization and organization of 3D assets for efficient use in real-time applications.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of 3D art principles, including modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of UV mapping and texture creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
Note: This internship is designed for individuals pursuing practical experience in 3D art and does not require prior professional experience. However, having a portfolio or samples of previous 3D artwork would be advantageous during the application process.
