As an Intern, you will apply your function specific sophomore year coursework to a variety of focused hands-on projects. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment. Responsibilities
This role participates actively in understanding and documenting of Indent tenders, orders, contract/PO acceptance and reporting process. You will map and update the workflows, review, and address gap for improvements and/or automation.
- Support timely execution of contract review, negotiation and securing Indent orders
- Execution of Indent Sales Operations model
- Business process compliance (sales and operations)
- Drive sales and operations team adherence to indent model process
- Determines and develops approaches to assignments
- May participate in local country tender process
Qualifications
Completion of sophomore (typically second) year at an accredited 4-year university required.
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Management / Administration, International Business and/or Business.
- Possess strong business skills and knowledge of the sales process.
- Attention to detail with ability to scan the environment and be adaptable to a fast-paced business environment is crucial.
- Those with finance background will have added advantage.
- Proficient in assessing complex business problems and converting into solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across different levels of management.
- Mandarin and/or Hindi language skill is required (read and write) as this role requires interpreting and translating local country documents, process, and tools.
- Able to work independently and loves working in a team.
- Responsible, open, motivated, and willing to learn individual.
