Aging Youth is a boutique talent management agency, formed in 2004.
We work with an exclusive roster of talented artists from all aspects of the entertainment industry and works closely with them to develop their careers. Our current Clients are rapper ShiGGa Shay, DJ NashD, standup comic Fakkah Fuzz, rock band B-Quartet and hip-hop collective Grizzle Grind Crew.
We used to be an online music magazine and have also distributed 13 albums to date, leading the media and marketing effort.
We provide entertainment-based solutions for our external clients' needs. We also have led project teams in providing entertainment-based solutions for both public and private sector clients for their campaigns to a youth market.
Responsibilities
1. Artist Management
- Assist Artist Manager to handle day-to-day operational duties for the Clients under the stable which includes the following:
o Handling Artists’ On-Project needs, eg. follow Clients to soundcheck and ensure that the acts are on time for soundcheck and performance, follow Artists to photo/ video shoots
o Making travel arrangements for Clients
- Assist Artist
Manager to arrange for performances or publicity events for Clients
2. Content Creation
- Assist Clients in their Content Creation process, eg. providing support for their MV and photo shoots
- Assist Artist Manager and Clients in their Social Media campaigns which might be brand-driven or internally driven
3. Event Management
- Work on Company-initated or Clients-based events such as Grizzle Grind Crew’s anniversary show, etc from an operational and logistic standpoint.
Requirements

Must
be extremely passionate about Singapore talent. Love for Hip-Hop is optional.
- Be social media savvy. You need to understand how social media builds a brand
- Have experience in using the following software: Microsoft Office (including Powerpoint and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop
- Have personal laptop
