Agora Co-Learning Spaces Pte Ltd – Sales & Marketing Intern

Role

We are looking for an intern in sales and marketing to help coordinate our activities, in particular to generate awareness and increase engagement for the brand.

Responsibilities

You will be actively involved with community engagement, involving outreach to parents, schools, KOLs and other third parties. 

• Create collaterals and design materials as needed working under the guidance of our marketing manager
• Develop sales materials and support in sales activities, including actively engaging parents, under the guidance of our education consultant
• Assist in planning of events and activities at the centre to generate leads
• Support education providers through customer onboarding to support
• Event Management:
  • Manage all aspects of events at Agora across both customer-led events (birthdays, corporate family events) as well as Agora-led events and weekend programmes
  • Drive event bookings by working with our sales and marketing teams and ensure that we deliver a memorable experience for all of our guests
  • Coordinate with internal staff, clients, vendors, and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison to various stakeholders throughout the planning process 
  • Negotiate and liaise with third party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements
  • Execute on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases

• Prior experience in creating social media posts, reels, stories is useful as is prior exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Conversational mandarin is a good to have
• Experience in event organisation is a plus
• Having can-do spirit and willingness to try

• Gain exposure across the marketing and sales value chain from awareness building > lead generation > customer acquisition > customer engagement
• Learn how to create compelling collaterals and content for social media
• Work with leading education providers and learn how to effectively onboard and thereafter manage supply-side players in a marketplace
• Build capabilities in managing CRM tools such as HubSpot
