We are looking to rapidly scale our business with our first launch going live at HarbourFront Centre in late May 2022 and are hiring in several areas.
Role
We are looking for an intern to support our Customer Success team, focused on our relationship with Education Providers. Working closely with the customer success team, you will support the full commercial relationship and lifecycle of our relationship with third-party education partners (EPs), focused on onboarding and managing our engagement with them.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with software tools, highly organised and comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support EPs with onboarding and platform engagement
- Help develop a systematic approach to managing our engagement with education providers, tracking relevant metrics as needed and identifying opportunities to support, improve and deepen our relationship with them.
- Manage inbound enquiries promptly and effectively through a variety of communication channels (email, telephone, chat, in-person)
Experience Required
- Strong organisational skills are critical and a high degree of comfort working with software tools such as Zendesk is helpful
- Very strong interpersonal skills and experience quickly building customer relationships
- Heavy-duty resilience and comfort working in a fast paced environment is a must
