Responsibilities:

• To develop SOPs for the accounts department
• Process invoices/petty cash & ensure they are properly recorded/accounted for
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and analysis
• To assist in any other ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

• Undergraduates/polytechnic students majoring in Business, Accounting or related courses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, independent and self-driven
• Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and team player with a high level of integrity
• Meticulous and good with numbers
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
