Agritrade International Pte Ltd – Human Resources Intern (Commodities Trading Firm)

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in recruitment process, including creating Job Descriptions, shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
• Facilitate and assist interviews for new hires
• Involvement in onboarding process, including liaison with internal stakeholders, set-up software access, facilitate accommodation request and organize quarterly orientations
• Manage, update and maintain all relevant HR information and reports
• Manage all HR-related communication efforts
• Maintenance of site for HR related documents
• Take up all ad-hoc responsibilities

Requirements:

• Undergraduates/polytechnic students majoring in Human Resources or related courses
• Keen in Human Resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, independent and self-driven
• Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and team player with a high level of integrity
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time
