Supporting the Brand Manager, this trainee will also be involved in market research, marketing and branding strategy, content creation for the Social media campaigns.
Requirements
1. Understand the functioning of brand and social media marketing and how these functions support wider business goals.
2. Understand the Social Media Matrix effectively and how to work on various applications in order to support the Brand and Social team in operational and administrative matters.
3. Develop strong understanding of peer analysis and understand competitive brand strategies.
4. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Video editing apps and other designing apps. Should be able to independently design campaigns for Social Media.
5. Good knowledge of WordPress, Google AdWords, Web Analytics, SEO and SEM, remarketing, retargeting, social media advertising tools – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter.
6. Understand B2B and B2C markets and work with the branding team in conceptualising marketing campaigns
7. Good command over English, internal communication & interpersonal skills
8. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent – Added advantage
