Job Description

I am seeking a dynamic and efficient secretary to join my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Drafting and typing letters, memos, and other correspondence
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant will be helpful
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of resourcefulness, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
