We’re looking for sales-driven individuals to join us who are excited about the digital transformation being driven by the rise of the social messaging apps and who have made a name for themselves bringing innovative AI-Powered Conversational Customer Experience technology to global leading brands.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Attract and target new business opportunities
- Create strategic account development plans
- Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and leading generation campaigns.
- Coordinating and conducting demos and training
- Delivery of excellent service with a consultative approach to ensure client success
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years new business experience – preferably in CRM/SaaS/software solutions
- OR 1-2 years working in an client/ account servicing capacity
- History of exceeding targets/quotas
- Excellent at building relationships
- Possess clear communication and presentation skills
