Job Description
  1. Sourcing and price negotiation for raw materials purchases

  2. Raise and process customer order & purchase requisitions to suppliers(Local and overseas)

  3. Coordinate and follow up closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, sales team and warehouse to ensure timely arrival of products

  4. Check and prepare documentations required for import shipments

  5. Proper record and update the purchase order status on PO tracker

  6. Maintain inventory record/freight costing report

  7. Perform data entry for good received (GRN)

  8. Maintain & updated price from supplier quote

  9. Any other duties or achoc projects as assigned by the Management
