Aire (www.shop-aire.com), founded in June 2023, is a new consumer brand on a mission to break stereotypes around aging and encourage lifelong self-worth - starting with our flagship product - Aire Adult Pull Up Pants.
To date, we have shipped tens of thousands of pull-up pants across Singapore, are present online and offline with key retailers and healthcare providers such as Hao Mart, Pharmex Healthcare and more.
Our community is our motivation, and we regularly engage with partners like the People’s Association with a focus on workshops and health events across Singapore. We have been featured on marquee platforms like CNA938 and are part of the prestigious SMU Incubator Programme.
We are just getting started, and 2024 promises to be a phenomenal year! We have a number of new partnerships launching in Q1, high profile initiatives in the pipeline for H1, and a real opportunity to positively impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of inspiring adults managing incontinence.

Job Description
We are looking for energetic marketing talents who genuinely care about people and want to commit to delivering impact in the senior care category.
You possess a flair for marketing, as you are able to think both strategically and creatively (“left brain” plus “right brain”).You are motivated to excel in your field; in return we can promise patience, expertise and active investment in your trajectory to a confident marketer with mastery of various cross-sector skills such as promotional calendar planning, brand focused art direction and performance marketing best practices.
You will be asked to keep up with industry trends and best practices, and encouraged to dig deeper into any findings that could further Aire’s mission. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our globally distributed team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns, and to contribute your unique perspective to the development of marketing initiatives. This role is a precursor to joining us full-time. We will have an exhilarating 2024, and this role is for those with high ambition to make a mark while learning on the job.
This internship position reports to the Founder, who is based out of Singapore.
What to expect:
With direct mentorship from the Founder, you will be a part of the core team on strategy, planning, and campaign execution across customer, brand and performance marketing
You will contribute to conceptualizing marketing campaigns and creating social media content, work with stakeholders to have accountability on performance - and bring an ability to uncover strategic insights within the data
You will take ownership of specific pillars in the marketing funnel
You will perform market analysis and research
You will support key partnerships, marketing programs and relevant ad-hoc tasks as needed

Creative experience such as familiarity with design or video softwares such as Figma, Canva, and Capcut would be a strong bonus!
