Our flagship product, EMMA, is an AI-powered therapeutic robot designed to deliver precise and effective treatments for muscle release. By leveraging data-driven insights and automation, EMMA provides consistent, high-quality therapy, reducing the workload on healthcare providers while improving patient experiences.
Role involves work on-site with AiTreat clients, supporting the usage of EMMA, a spine care and soft tissue therapeutic treatment robot.
* Assist with calibration of EMMA robot, at the start of the session
* Educate users on the benefits and features of EMMA, reinforcing the robot’s value in delivering effective spine care and muscle therapy.
* Compile & present feedback reports for the R&D team to help guide product enhancements and future innovations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights that shape effective messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Actively advocate for AiTreat’s subsidiary clinical services
