Job Description
As a PMO intern, you will work under the guidance of an assigned supervisor to support the Product Management team on the following tasks:
- Ensure delivery of key projects and new product development plan
- Monitor project milestones against timeline and identify gaps and remedy actions
- Schedule project meetings, prepare agenda, document meeting minutes and track actions
- Provide regular and timely progress updates to product managers
- Prepare portfolio dashboard and reports for management review
- Maintain PMO process governance with periodic checks on compliance

- You will gain exposure in learning the ways of working in end-to-end product management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- You will acquire practical experience in managing projects and overcoming challenges
- You will be able to build capability in project management to deliver business impact
We are looking for a team member with:
- Passion in project management with strong organizational skills and diligence to push for project delivery
- Ability to multitask, prioritise under pressure and deal with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related discipline
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate may be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with data visualisation software such as Microsoft Power BI
- Willing to commit to the whole internship duration (5 to 6 months)
