About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and requirements, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing interviewers with necessary information and feedback on candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree/diploma holder
- Strong fluency in English is a must and other Asian language is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
- Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to learn new things – this is part of the fun!
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- A passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of the latest trends in talent acquisition
- Ability to commence immediately preferred
