About the Role:

Alangkaar Pte Ltd is looking for a passionate and talented Photography and Videography Intern to join our creative team. This internship offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in capturing and producing high-quality visual content for weddings, events, and corporate projects. As an intern, you will work closely with our seasoned photographers and videographers, learning the ins and outs of the industry in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Photoshoots and Videography: Support senior photographers and videographers during shoots, helping with setup, lighting, and equipment management. Participate in capturing photos and videos at various events, ensuring high-quality output.

• Post-Production Support: Learn and assist in the post-production process, including photo editing, video editing, color correction, and creating final deliverables for clients.

• Equipment Management: Help in maintaining and organizing photography and videography equipment. Ensure all gear is properly set up, handled with care, and ready for use during shoots.

• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for visual content. Assist in creating storyboards, shot lists, and planning for upcoming projects.

• Client Interaction: Observe and learn how to interact with clients during shoots, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is met.

• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks, including assisting in shoots, editing, and organizing projects, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Physical Stamina: The role requires physical endurance, as it involves long hours on your feet, carrying equipment, and being active during shoots.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in photography, videography, film production, visual arts, or a related field.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset are essential.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of handling long hours, carrying equipment, and being on your feet during shoots.

• Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, is essential.
