We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient intern to join our team at Alangkaar Pte Ltd. As a Project Coordination Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of project management, client relations, and event planning. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic setting where you will be challenged to perform at your best.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Project Management: Support the Project Coordinator in managing multiple projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and tasks are completed efficiently.

• Client Interaction: Learn how to interact with clients, follow up on inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. You will assist in maintaining client relationships and managing expectations.

• Sales & Customer Service Support: Gain experience in sales activities and customer service by assisting in deal closures and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Process Development: Help in creating and refining processes to streamline workflows. You’ll be involved in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

• Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing detailed plans and schedules for projects. Learn how to manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate tasks with various stakeholders.

• Multitasking & Learning: Take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be exposed to different aspects of project coordination and event planning.

• Physical Fitness: The role requires energy and stamina, as it involves long hours and active participation in various tasks. You’ll need to be physically fit to keep up with the demands of the job.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in project management, event planning, business administration, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Basic proficiency in project management software (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

• Adaptability: Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of handling long hours and active tasks. A high level of fitness is preferred.

• Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and contributing to the team’s success. Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, is essential.
