Position: Videographer cum Video Editor Intern

Location: Alangkaar Group, 21 Kerbau Road, Singapore 219160

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

(Sundays required on event days or during busy schedules)

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Videographer cum Video Editor Intern to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in capturing and editing high-quality videos for various events and marketing content. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in videography and video editing while working in a fast-paced and creative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in capturing high-quality video content during weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

• Work closely with the event planning team to understand the vision and requirements for each event.

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, including highlights, trailers, and social media content.

• Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality.

• Organize and maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is in working condition and ready for shoots.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and ideas for video projects.

• Assist in managing the company’s video library and ensure all footage is properly archived.

• Support the team in creating promotional videos for marketing and social media purposes.

• Work on-site during events to capture important moments and ensure smooth video coverage.

• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure cohesive content creation.

 

Requirements:

 

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of videography techniques and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Strong creative vision with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• A portfolio showcasing previous video projects (can be personal or academic) is preferred.
